Our Story

Hello! I am a Florida high school student, swimmer, and certified lifeguard. Spending my life on the water has given me a deep love for it, but it has also shown me how quickly an emergency can happen if a family isn't prepared. 

While researching local water safety, I noticed a big challenge: local voucher programs are a great start, but they are often limited to just two vouchers per child. This leaves a gap for families before true water comfort is reached. 

To help bridge this gap, I founded The Anchor Swim Initiative. We raise funds to sponsor certified swim lessons for children in Palm Beach County.  We also remove barriers for parents by funding separate lessons for them when needed too, ensuring the whole family can learn to swim. 

My goal is simple: to give local families the foundational tools they need to be comfortable and safe around the water.
